RomVision : Apartments rental conditions

OWNERSHIP. This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of RomVision Travel Inc. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of RomVision Travel Inc

USE OF SITE. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

PRIVACY. RomVision Travel Inc is not allowed to use in other purpose than your interest your personal information. Your e-mail address and personal data will not be revealed to anyone without your permission.

BOOKING: The minimum booking period is 2 days. The maximum booking period is 3 mounth. In case of 2 days booking we guarantee the apartment category (classic or deluxe) and the confirmed rate but not the specific apartment. During Cristmas Day and Easter Day cleaning and laundry services are not available.

CANCELLATION: Cancellation permited 48 hours before day of arrival without any charge. Cancellation fee: first night accommodation rate.

CAPACITY: For two rooms apartments there are allowed maximum 3 persons and for three rooms apartments there are allowed 4 persons. In case of  a larger number of customers an extra tax of Euro 10,Vat not included per day and person will apply.

INVENTORY: Keep in good condition all inventory objects in the apartment. In case of breaking or destroying an object, the amount of the damage shall be charged. We are responsible for any things left in the apartment after your check-out date. 

INTERNET: RomVision Travel Inc offers to our customers a hi speed internet connection (RomVision Connect Program) or a dial up internet connection (max 36 kbps). For the dial up connection two hours per day are free of charge and what will excced this will be charged with Euro 1 per hour (it is not allowed to use other dial up numbers). The hi speed internet connection (Connect Program) is free of charge.

APARTMENT USE: The apartment is for accommodation only, it may not be used for other purposes that do not comply with Romanian Law. Respect and maintain your neighbor's right to intimacy and silence.No pets allowed.

INTERNAL PROBLEMS. RomVision Travel Inc reserves the right to substitute the apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category, apartment but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.

INSURANCE. In case of a robbery, persons and personal property of the apartments customers are not covered or included in the apartment rate.

GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
